I bought this game after reading the reviews and now I wish I hadn’t. When you first turn it on, you think it might be fun because of the colorful graphics. But the levels are tedious and surprisingly difficult. It’s too easy to fall off the cliff, and your life meter is tiny, so you have to start the game over a lot. The continue starts you over at the very beginning of a world, and so then when I fall off the cliff a couple of times I have to start all over again, and on and on it goes. It’s very frustrating for me and my wife and my son. We all hate it. The stuff in the levels is very repetitive with the same stupid props in every level like the lazer beam that kills me every time. Plus the PacMan guy is kind of hard to control. Don’t get it, there are a lot better games than this out there like Spyro, all the Crash Bandicoot games, and Ape Escape.

I purchased this game as a Xmas gift for my little sister and we absolutely love the game. There are many other games besides pacman on it. We played it almost every night before her bedtime then one night it just cut off and stopped working. These games are as nastalgic as can be, and play almost exactly as they did 30yrs ago. Graphics and sounds are true to the originals, and resetting takes no time. This was intended as a present to my girlfriend because we used to play on a pac man arcade at a bar when we started hanging out. The box is full of color and the images from gameplay displayed on the box are colored too…which would make you think that the thing has colors too….well, it is black and white, all the games that are included are black and white too. I just got this unit a while back. It is awesome. I took it to a friends house, and we played for hours while his PS3, Wii, and XBox 360 collected dust.
